We have Angel's Trumpet in our garden in Bangalore. In blooms it is as glorious as this looks. "Now here's a garden statement.I've seen a few of these in my travels but none a spetacular as this one! It's an Angels Trumpet Tree"

Saw this at the huntington gardens - blue puya (puya berteroniana) native to chile . is a terrestrial bromeliad related to the pineapple . bees & birds love it . I have seen one of these in a botanical gardens and yes it IS this blue.

For a lesson on COOL plants? Gunnera tinctora leaf - "Chilean rhubarb" is a giant, clump-forming herbaceous perennial that can grow over feet tall. The leaves can grow up to 8 feet across. I gotta try growing this again!
