Crow pose, when done correctly, is an excellent posture for building the wrists, elbows, shoulders, core and for relieving back pain (by strengthening protraction). It also teaches compressions and tones the legs, while increasing perseverance and determination. When done incorrectly, however, it can lead to back pain, neck pain, worst pain, elbow pain, and shoulder pain. Tag someone who would benefit and save this for your personal practice!
