When I first started yoga I was focused on relaxing and becoming more flexible. I have improved on those things but I've also learned how helpful yoga can be in all parts of my life. Try something new, get out of your comfort zone, and don't focus on the stereotype that yoga is only for flexible people.

YOGA SEQUENCE TO FORWARD FOLD: 3 years ago I could not touch my toes, 3 years later my elbows can touch my toes.
