Thankfully, developing self-control doesn’t depend on our own strength. The Bible names self-control as one of the fruits of the Spirit, meaning the more time You spend with God, the stronger your self-control will naturally become. #moralrevolution
The mind is not meant to make decisions for you. It excels as a repository of memories, and because of its inherent dichotomous nature, it is a great tool to enumerate the pros and cons of any situation. This is the extent of its usefulness in the decision making process, though. Final decision making responsibility must always belong to your body, and specifically to your Authority. Wisdom resides in your DNA, not in your Ego.
