4 1/2cups All purpose flour/Bread flour1 cup Mashed potatoes2 tsp Instant yeast6 tbsp Softened butter1 tsp Salt2 tbsp Sugar1/4 cup Lukewarm milkButter (for brushing)Take the flour, potatoes, yeast, butter, salt, sugar and lukewarm milk in a large bowl.Knead everything well until dough is smooth and soft. Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl & cover. Let sit until the dough doubles.  Punch down, make 15 , let rise, bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
