Dump and Bake: Chicken Primavera 😍 | Dump and Bake: Chicken Primavera 😍 | By Recipe Champions | For this recipe, we're going to start off with some chicken and broccoli and chicken nore packets. This is how you're going to elevate these dry pastas that are already fully seasoned. So, I added them to this large pyrex dish. Shook it up so that's even and then I added some washed broccoli. Get that leaf out of there. You want to spread about two cups of broccoli over all this Nor pasta. Make sure that it's spread out and then we're going to add a bunch of other things starting off with some pre-cooked grilled chicken. They can find this stuff at any grocery store. Uh it doesn't have to be this brand. The reason I'm using this is because we're not going to actually cook this in the oven long enough. So, you don't want to use raw chicken. Now, for this recipe, I use two bags of that which is roughly two cups of this grilled chicken and then I just use my kitchen shears to chop it up into smaller pieces. Inside the Pyrex dish, I'm adding about two cups of chicken broth but we're adding more liquid than just this chicken broth because we want to kind of steam the broccoli and cook everything and make sure the pasta is fully cooked too. So, I'm going to add another cup of whole milk but if you don't want to use milk and you just want to use chicken stock, then, make sure you use three cups of it. It won't be as creamy but it'll still be good. Then, on top of everything, I'm going to add about nine to 12 dollops of sour cream. This is going to keep ensuring that dish this dish is creamy, okay? We want to make sure that this is creamy and you guys aren't even ready. It's going to be so good. I'm adding about a cup of chopped up green onions or scallions. Again, you don't have to use green onions or scallions. You can use regular onions. It'll be good as well and then about another cup of cherry tomatoes. When these cook you guys. It's going to be so good. They're going to blister up. Some of that cooked tomato juices are going to mix in with everything. Oh my goodness. You are going to love this. Trust me. Now on top of that I'm adding about two cups of shredded cheese. This is like a Mexican blended cheese. You could use a grated Colby Jack. You could use Pepper Jack if you want. Really any meltable cheese is what you want to use here. And then I'm going to go ahead and mix everything together kind of making sure that it's all one but also making sure that the Nor pasta stays at the bottom because we want to make sure that it's submerged in the liquid so that it cooks all the way through but don't worry we're going to stir this again after. You're going to put this in a 450 degree Fahrenheit cooking oven for about 30 minutes and then when it comes out we're going to lift up the aluminum foil and then give the a stir if you did it right it's going to look amazing already but we're not done yet so basically what's happening here is we're mixing all the ingredients together to create like a creamy sauce you could see the tomatoes are kind of blistering up already this if you did it right okay this is already going to look amazing and then on top of that we're going to add another cup and a half to two cups of shredded cheese give that a mix so that it kind of gets in the nooks and crannies and we have like a bit of a cheese pull once this is done and then for the final bake we're going to add another cup on top pop it in the oven on broil just until it gets golden brown and bubbly like this guys you are going to love this this is great for weeknight dinners it's great if you don't want to have that many dishes out and you just want to pop it all into one sheet pan you are going to love this trust me it's amazing. This is some of my favorite comfort food. One pan dump and bake chicken pasta Primavera. So easy. So good. You guys definitely gotta try this.
