Serenity
Nepeta or Catmint is a great addition to any perennial garden. It attracts bees, butterflies, and the occasional hummingbird. Catmint usually only blooms in the Spring but with proper dead-heading throughout the season you can get it to bloom well into the Fall.

Rest
There are so many different varities of Garden Peonies that you're sure to find a color and size you like. Peonies are a spring favorite but tend to get unsightly the rest of the growing season. I like to hide them in with a mixture of other perennials such as cone flowers or even low growing roses so that they can have center stage in late Spring/early Summer and then dissapear into the foliage for the rest of the season.
