I don't consider them cheat meals anymore cause I'm normal and not training for a stage or meet but last night's dinner was total satisfaction in the form of a double patty bacon cheese burger with hickory sauce. No apologies cause my body used those carbs to pull out a new deadlift PR! WOOTY WOOT! getting stronger every day!
