I was really excited about this recipe when I saw it on Taste of Home’s website…until I saw that it was served cold. Unless it’s sliced on top of salad or mixed up with mayo, I’m not a huge fan of cold chicken. I wasn’t going to let that deter me, though; I decided to change up the ingredients a bit and make a Tex-Mex spin on a traditional warm Asian chicken lettuce wrap.
