Garlic Shrimp with White Beans and Tomatoes: Chad found this one in Runner's World mag. It turned out to be a great dish; I used cilantro instead of parsley but not sure it made a difference. Would be good with other seafood- sauce seems similar to gumbo. Had rice as a side with it. Might do salad next time.
