Enjoy y'all! | By Marty M | Okay. Those are our six potato blossoms. Just using our apple core today to prepare these potatoes. Do now is go ahead and slide these out. We're going to bring in our baking mooch. Now that we got our baking dish we're going to bring in our little spud buds here. We're just going to place these you know kind of carefully. Uh you don't want to cut down all the way to where they lose the you know the skin gets cut. But here we go. Quick second here. Perfect. Alright. And now we did go ahead and grease this baking sheet. So don't forget to do that before you transfer it over. And you can cut these you know individually and put them in. I just wanted to you know kind of show everybody how exactly we were achieving this cut. And it was easier to do on that mat. Alright here we go. Y'all this is just looking so cool. Uh I love making this dish. Now that we've moved our dish out of the way. We are going to work on our topping for our potatoes. Okay. We have our daisy sour cream and we are going to add about one cup of sour cream so we are going to get about half of this container perfect just like that now we are going to take one packet of our Lipton onion soup mix and we're just going to pour that in just like that excellent one can of our cream of mushroom with our roasted garlic Let's go ahead and get all that out here. Go ahead and make sure we get all of that goodness out of the can here. Alright, that is looking beautiful. Now, we're going to use one can of our cream of potato. Ooh, that's looking good. Got the whole can out. Perfect. Oop. Almost perfect. Not quite perfect. There we go. That's better. Not to switch spoons because we're not going to use all this but we are going to use our pub cheese. I love this pub cheese. I think it's got such a nice taste. Uh we're going to just get half of that. We're going to put that in there. Just like this. Alright, so this is an eight ounce container of the Pub Cheese. So, we did about four ounces there. Alright, let's get that off our spatula to clean the spatula there. Looking good. Let's go ahead and give this a quick mix. See what our consistency looks like. Alright, this is looking good. Garlic, cheese, sour cream, Alright, this is looking delicious. I want to get a little bit more little more liquid into here. So we're going to go ahead and we are just going to add a little bit of milk. Uh just using some 2% milk today. And let's do I don't know. It's probably like a half a cup. Alright, let's give this a good mix. Alright, this is going to go right on top of those delicious potatoes. I'm happy with that consistency. Uh it's a little more viscous than it was prior to the milk but not quite you know the same consistency as a soup which is perfect. So now let's go ahead and get our potatoes back in here. Now what we're going to do is we are just going to spoon this mixture over our potatoes. Like this. And I tell you what this smells good already. Okay. Let's get this all covered. Bye. Wonderful is potato petals just kind of holding everything in place there. Now you know it'll get a little thinner as it cooks but yeah this is great. Let's go ahead and make sure we get this nice and distributed into our potatoes Alright. Yeah. This is looking great. And like I said y'all we only cook those potatoes for about 30 minutes. So you know once we get these prepared we've got about 20 minutes left in the oven. I got it set at 400 degrees. Y'all this is just such a fun easy recipe now that we've got our mixture we are going to add a little bit of our cheddar cheese let's go ahead and just shake on some cheese on top of these potatoes y'all this is this will be your new favorite way to do these loaded baked potatoes they're so good you can add you know if you wanted to add like a ground beef or chicken shredded chicken in with that mixture I think that would be excellent also. We are just making our loaded baked potato. I don't know. Blooming potatoes. Uh Spud Buds was another great one for this but alright we are almost to the oven. Lastly I've got about this is about eight pieces of bacon. Maybe that might have been twelve. We are just going to sprinkle this bacon over top. Oh man this is looking delicious. Alright let's use all this bacon because why would you leave any bacon behind you wouldn't? You will not leave bacon behind here. Okay. Y'all that looks fabulous. And then for our final touch we are just going to take some chives. Let's go ahead and sprinkle that over top. Alright y'all I am telling you. I know this is going to be one of your favorites. Uh this is probably more of a side dish than a main course. But I don't know. I could probably just eat this too. So alright. Like I said we're getting ready to put this back into the oven. And we are going to give this about 25 more minutes. Alright. Alright, y'all. Sitting in the oven at 375 and we ended up doing it for about twenty-five. Man, well, between 25 and 30 more minutes. Y'all, this is looking amazing. Look at this. Alright. Now, I'm so excited to give this a try. This just looks amazing. Uh we got our cheese and our bacon, the chives. Underneath, we have that creamy goodness with the lifted onion soup mix, the sour cream, that garlic creamy mushroom, the cream of potato. Um y'all this is what a loaded baked potato should look like or in this case a loaded I don't know potato blossom Alright, let's go ahead and carve one out here. Oh man. Y'all that just looks amazing. We're going to put that on our plate here. Let's make sure we get some of that creamy sauce that is nestled around. Y'all that just looks so good. Last thing I want to do before I give this a try is I'm just going to add a little bit more sour cream on top. Why not? Alright. Y'all I am excited. Okay Let's see what we got here. That looks beautiful. Get some bacon. Oh potato just it's perfect. Oh wow. That's delicious. Mm. God that sauce is amazing. Y'all definitely want to try this one.
