Cambodia Village - A friend of mine made "Tuk tnout choo" (homemade palm wine). Odd smell, distinct sweet and sour flavor, and refreshing on a hot summer day.
The Palm sugar tree is Cambodia's national tree. Cambodians boil the fruit's sap to make palm sugar.
