The name sounds so French and special. But this is so simple that I could do it with my eyes closed. In my video I’m trying to show you a strawberry coulis, raspberry coulis and a blueberry coulis. But it’s the first two that is mostly used in “nice” restaurants. I really think it makes any dessert look good, and it adds some freshness to the taste. Don’t make more than you can use. Only need a handful of berries to make enough for a normal group.
