The name sounds so French and special. But this is so simple that I could do it with my eyes closed. In my video I’m trying to show you a strawberry coulis, raspberry coulis and a blueberry coulis. But it’s the first two that is mostly used in “nice” restaurants. I really think it makes any dessert look good, and it adds some freshness to the taste. Don’t make more than you can use. Only need a handful of berries to make enough for a normal group.

ChefNorway’s Prosciutto Grilled Cheese Sandwich

This recipe is very similar to French toast, but in Norway we call them “arme riddere”. This translates to “brave knights” But it’s also served more as an evening snack than breakfast. After I married an American girl I’ve understood that this kind of toast is far better as breakfast. I’ve worked a couple of years to find my own recipe and measurements. And I think you’ll be very satisfied with this recipe.

While you serve Panna Cotta al Tiramisu for the adults at the party, this would be perfect for kids. This sweet simple dessert toped with fresh strawberries. The Lemon thyme and strawberries bring out the fresh sweetness of this dessert. The only problem would be mom stealing dessert from her kids, because this just looks to tempting. The recipe from earlier post is very simular. Vanilla and espresso has been replaced with Lemon Thyme and Strawberries.Banner 1920x767

Wrapped in bacon and my secret seasoning. Plated like a stared dish with tortilla rolls and a perfect ragne og vegetable and sour cream.  DSC_0040(1920)banner
