Microwave the chicken according to the package directions, then shred. Mix the shredded chicken with the remaining bbq sauce (6 tablespoons). Evenly distribute the bbq chicken over the pizza, add a layer of mozzarella cheese and sliced red onion and bake at 400 for 5-7 min, then garnish with cilantro (optional) and enjoy!
