Strawberries and cream? Now THAT is true love. To make, whisk 1 lb pureed strawberries, 1/2 c sugar, 1/2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp salt & 3 egg yolks in 4-qt saucepan til smooth. Over medium heat, whisk until thick (~15 min). Move to large bowl & stir in 3 tbsp Baileys. Refrigerate for 30 min. Whisk 3 egg whites in bowl until stiff & add to strawberry mix. Whisk 1 c heavy cream & 1.5 tsp vanilla in bowl until stiff. Fold into mix. Spoon mousse into glasses & chill. Serves 6-8
