Mexican Burgers - I added a variation of spices to my burger patty and even though I only used beef mince, I think adding some pork would be really nice as well. The result was scrumptious and lip-smacking good! Serve this with real corn chips for authenticity or with spicy potato wedges. And don’t forget the extra lemon and chillies!
