Beautiful cost effective way to brighten up a nursery or any room.

This allows the students to visually see the math problem and figure it out. Students who are visual learners, this activity will help them better understand math concepts such as addition, subtraction, and the greater than or less than pictured here.

Number Sense FREEBIE!! Using the number in the center (chosen by you or the student), the student writes down 10 different ways to show that number (base 10 blocks, addition sentence, dots, tally marks, number words, multiplication, pictures, etc.)

What a great way for a Math Centre in Kindergarten and beginning of grade one! Paint a file folder ocean blue, and then on the outside place an envelope with eyes and get your students to place the correct number of eyes (with the help of velcro) on to the octopus' arms!
