It has to be the Grand's because they're the only ones that unwind like we're going to need. And you're going to have a loose spiral. Take your second one. Unwind that one as well. And you're just going to take the end and pinch it where that one is it's okay if it's not perfect because it doesn't have to be perfect and now we're going to take those apple slices and now you're going to see why it was important that they're nice and floppy you're going to line up eight of these spacing them out about one inch apart they're cut in half and just layered on top of each other. And as long as they are nice and soft, it should make it easy enough for you to roll this up tightly and that's another reason why you don't want em too thick either. You want to be very careful with this Alright, we're making it happen. This is a little tricky. Take some patience. They are a little slippery too. Now, the good thing is, it doesn't have to be perfect. Now, you can see I struggled a little bit with that but after you get it in the form that you want, it's not difficult to make it look like the inside of a rose and then you just tuck that in and press it down inside of our cinnamon rolls. There we go and believe it or not, that was the hard part. It only gets easier from here on out. You're going to take the remainder of those apple slices and just keep going around where our dough is situated. You just tuck it down. That's why you need a little bit of space initially. Look at that. You just layer them over. This is a little bit time consuming but really, if you think about it, this could not be easier. You're going to make this. You're going to bring it to your brunch or your church event or your potluck or your kid's school event and everybody is going to be so impressed and they would never guess how easy it was to make and you just keep going lining up the apple slices around the outside and then when this bakes, they're going to pull back and look like beautiful rose petals. All the way around. There we go. Perfect. That looks so pretty. There is one of the thing that we need before we pop this in the oven and that is some butter. It's on the top shelf. Butter? I can get that. Butter right here. Great. Thanks. You're going to take about two tablespoons of this butter and we're going to melt it and combine it with some brown sugar. Alright, I'm going to take some brown sugar and just add our brown sugar to our melted butter. I'm just guesstimating here eyeballing it. Do you all like to I all your recipes or do you want exact measurements? Which one are you? I think that looks pretty good. You just want to get a nice caramel flavor. Caramel, am I saying that right? I love quick and easy recipes like this that still give it a feel of homemade. Now, speaking of homemade, I know some of y'all are purest that always want to have things made from scratch. You can still do this recipe if you would like just still making it from scratch and the only thing you have to do is just prepare your own cinnamon roll dough. We always encourage everybody to modify these recipes to your liking but I'm just showing you the quick and easy way to make it easier on you if you're short on time. Okay. Now, we're going to take this, pop it in the oven. It's preheated at 375 degrees. They're going to cook that for about 20 to 25 minutes until our dough puffs up nicely. Our apple tart is baking. It's almost done but I wanted to show you what to do with those leftover cinnamon rolls. We had two leftover because we only used three from this can of five. So, I'm going to use more waffle iron. Haven't used this one in a while and you've been requesting more of these single serve recipes. Spray it just a little bit so it doesn't stick. Here we go and I'm going to take one of your cinnamon rolls. Separate that. Okay. There we go. Now, you're going to flatten it out using your fingers. This gets a little messy but just trust the process. Spread it out. Don't burn yourself. Are you alright? I'm okay. And now you're going to take some of those leftover apple slices Place that on top. And then we have one more of the cinnamon rolls and it's going to go on top. So, do you see what we've got here? We're essentially making a cinnamon roll sandwich and yes, cinnamon rolls do cook in the waffle iron. This is going to get nice and smashed. So, it's going to end up looking almost like a panini but it's going to be yummy. Give it a press. Can't wait to see this. Little bit of an experiment. Hey, do you know what's worse than finding a worm in your apple? What's worse than finding a worm in your apple? I don't know. That's pretty bad. What's worse than that? Finding half a worm in your apple. Oh, Oh okay. So gross. I got another one for you. I got another one. Uh hold your tongue and say I'm an apple three times. I got cinnamon all over my fingers. It'll taste better. Hold your tongue and say I'm an apple three times. Yeah. I'm an apple. I'm an apple. I'm an apple. You are the apple. Alright, this has been cooking in there for what about maybe three, 4 minutes. Let's see what we got. So, some of our apples started sliding out but it's still going to be delicious. Oh yeah, that's cooked perfectly but you know what? We're going to make it fancy. I'm going to add some sugar-free caramel. Am I saying it right? I still am not too sure. Just kind of on the bottom of the plate. Doesn't have to be pretty but if you want to make it pretty good. Ooh, it's like some kind of rating from another country that I can't read. Okay, here we go. Coming in. Okay. Look at that. You see how it just cooked perfectly. Close this. We don't burn ourselves again. Mm hmm. And now, remember that glaze that comes with the cinnamon rolls. We're going to pour that over the top. That's going to be good. Now, is this diet food? No. No. But apples are healthy. You're going to get me in trouble. If you want to tell yourself that you're eating your serving of fruit, you go right ahead. I think I'm in a knife for this one. Now, it's not burnt. You're just seeing the cinnamon toasted up nicely there. But yeah, you you don't have to heat up the oven to enjoy cinnamon rolls. You can use. Is this a cinnamon roll or a waffle now? Okay, that's a very good question y'all. Is this cinnamon roll or a waffle? What do you guys think? I called it a sandwich. I called it a cinnamon roll salmon. I think that's definitely the wrong answer. It's not definitely not a sandwich. I know one thing. It's going to be delicious. Okay. Am I going to burn my mouth? Probably. Should I be brave and just go for it? Here we go. Why did I not think of this? Oh my gosh. This is downright delicious. Really really good and the apple in the middle is perfect. Mm hmm. Alright, cool. This one's mine. Alright, our tart's ready. I'm going to take that out of the oven right now. Smells so good. Check this out y'all. I can't wait to taste this. Look at how beautiful. Looks good. Our cinnamon rolls just popped up nicely. Now, as you know, cinnamon rolls come with a a glaze you could put over. You could use that or you could just sprinkle cinnamon over the top. I'm going to actually add some of the sugar-free caramel syrup just because I like apples and caramel. Am I saying that right by the caramel. How do you say it? Kyle's from Wisconsin. You say it differently, right? Caramel? Are you, which team are you on? Caramel or caramel? I don't know. I'm all confused now. Going on back and forth. Alright, let's cut a slice. I baked this at 375 degrees. Okay, that means zero. Thinks he's going to get a treat but he doesn't get any of this one. He already got some apples. Zero's our dog. I bake this at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes. Look at that. That looks great. Come on out. Our beautiful apple tart. Will you hold that for me please? Cuz we're going to add that sugar-free caramel. Drizzle it over the top. Just perfect. Okay, Kyle. I know you're going to want to try this one. I'm coming in. I have to try this. Let's get the first bite. So, we've got apples. Apple a day keeps the doctor away, right? You want that first bite? No, you go ahead. You go ahead. I'm excited. Oh my god. There you go. The apples are nice and soft. You're going to like this. It's not too sweet either. Because we didn't use the typical glaze which really adds sweetness. It's kind of nice and light isn't it? So good. I I love how thin those apples got sliced and it's just so. This is a really different flavor than I was expecting but it's it's really good. Another pipey. Okay. Do you like the caramel? Mhm. I think it's nice with the caramel. What would you use? Would you use the glaze or would you use the caramel? My gosh. So good and healthy too because. Kyle Kyle, stop saying that. He said it, not me.
