Legend has it that the son of one of the most renowned distillers in mid-18th century Ireland became the expert advisor to many of the craft distilleries recognised as producing the finest Irish Whiskey on the Island. The affable young man became known throughout the industry as “Mr.Whiskey”, and , in celebration and remembrance of this great legend, we bring you a taste of one of the styles of Irish Whiskey that Mr.Whiskey loved most.
