Floor Based Full Body Toning Workout - these ballet inspired moves sculpt and shape your body and these low impact exercises also help to naturally increase your metabolic rate (because the more toned your muscles are the more calories your body burns) This is an easy to do at home workout and what I suggest do 30 seconds each move (and for the top right do 30 seconds each arm) and repeat 2- 3 times in total. I love how challenging resistance bands are to use while still being able to just use my bodyweight. These exercises are great for pregnancy to keep your legs strong for labor and safe for those with diastasis, like me. Take your fellow busy moms and follow along with me to strengthen are abs.
