M1 ● 2 rye toast, 2 eggs, 1/2 avocado and salsa. M2 ● 1 banana, grapes and strawberries. M3 ● chicken breast, jalepano cilantro hummus & carrots. M4 ● 1/2 small honeydew melon. M5 ● zoodles  1 zucchini peeled with a julienne peeler cooked on medium for 2 - 3 min, 2 kumato tomatoes cooked with a teeny bit of coconut oil, salt & paprika cooked on high 1 min, add goat cheese and voila! Fast and easy dinner and around 100 calories. I ate a lot of carbs yesterday so trying to eat good today
