Zoe Karbonopsina (Gk. "with the coal-black eyes") (born in Constantinople in c. 870 - c. 920) - Eastern Roman empress consort and regent (906 - 912). She was the fourth wife of the Leo VI the Wise and the mother of Constantine VII.
