How to do a basic Lymphatic massage
Step-by-Step Lymphatic Massage Routine (Full-Body Basics): 1. Start at the Neck (always drain the main exit first) • Gently place your fingers at the sides of your neck, just above your collarbones. • Lightly stroke downward toward the collarbone, 10–15 times. • Then massage behind your ears and down toward your neck. 2. Move to the Armpits (Axillary Lymph Nodes) • Raise your arm slightly, and use soft circular gentle pumping motions in the armpit area. • Do this for about 15 seconds per side. 3. Stimulate the Abdomen • Place hands on belly. • Use flat fingers to sweep upward toward your heart (if below the navel), or downward toward your groin (if above the navel). • Do 5–10 slow, light strokes.
