This one turned out really pretty  15% rye at 70% hydration. Mixed it up a little this time and added a little honey. And let it proof for a couple of hours on the counter after the over night cold retard. #realbread #baking #artisanbread #breadporn #sourdough #surdegsbröd

Awesome #crumb is awsome. This was a fluffy little guy. Except for one large cavity (you can see it in my previous video) this is what Im aiming for every time. Ill try a little more folding and a little more water next time. Maybe double hydrate it to make it easier. #sourdoug #baking #bread #baker #surdeig #brød #realbread #artisanbread
