Baileys Cake Shake
Burnt cake, no problem. Save the day with this sneaky treat trick by simply adding ice cream and Baileys for an indulgent chocolate dessert. To make, trim the burnt edges from the cake and discard. Cut the remaining cake into chunks and tip into a blender, leaving 2 tsps aside. Add 6 scoops of ice cream, 3 oz Baileys & 5 oz milk to the blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into large glasses and crumble over the remaining cake.
