Evolution of Video Games
Tetris was originally made in 1984 for the PC by computer programer Alexey Pajitnov while working for the Soviety Academy of Sciences. The name comes from the combination of the word Tetra, because all of the pieces were made of four blocks, and tennis, Pajitnov's favorite sport. in 1989 the game was launched by Nintendo for the Game Boy.
From its simple grass roots on nes and gameboy to the full scale 3d machine it has become today this is a cult classic that offers thousands of hours of gameplay across the series. Symphony of the night was a major turning point in the success of these titles and paved the way for more great advancements in the franchise.
