The Sun Bear, sometimes called the honey bear, is the smallest and least studied member of the bear family. Today, the sun bear exists in forests throughout Southeast Asia. Because they are so rare, research on sun bears is difficult.

Grizzly bears have concave faces and long claws about the length of a human finger. Their coloration is usually darkish brown but can vary from very light cream to black.
