hand painted wooden spoon. A snowman or winter scene would be cute too!

This wooden spoon has been handpainted with a Santa face. It is finished with twine for hanging, and a rusty snowflake at the top. The spoon measures 8" long, and 2-3/4" wide. It is painted with acrylic paint, and sealed for durability. It can be wiped clean with a damp cloth, but should not be immersed in water. This would make a wonderful holiday ornament, or could be used to hang from a shelf peg, in a wreath, or with your other holiday decorations.

Here are six more of the spoons I have painted and added wire on the handle. The two below are of a cute boy and girl Christmas kittens, one done on a green background and the other one pink. Modern spoon collection display.

This little gingerbread boy is painted on a stainless steel bouillon spoon. The handle has been bent for hanging. He was painted with acrylic paint and sealed with a clear finish. The tip of the handle has stars and stripes on it. Being hand painted the smiles are very similar but not identical. The design was inspired by Renee Mullins.
