100 Jor Bagh Lasts up to a month, refrigerated. 2 gal spring water 2 c fennel seeds 12 stalks lemon grass, chopped (all of it) ½ c cardamom, crushed 2 sticks cinnamon 6 bunches mint 1 c honey 4–6 lemons, juiced (to taste) Bring water to just under a boil. + fennel and lemon grass. Boil 3min, turn off heat, + card & cinn Steep 1 hr Boil and +mint cover, off heat, steep 6–8 hrs. Strain. + honey. + lemon juice. Drink cold or warm but no ice.
