How to Make Walking Easier

It is possible to reduce pain when walking longer distances with arthritis! Here are two exercises that can be great to start with. 

The goal is 2-4 sets of each movement to start to address stamina and make walking longer distances feel easier 🙌🏼

Use a chair for support as needed and modify the repetitions to avoid increased pain when just starting out ⚠️
