Better Balance when Walking: 4 Quick At Home Exercises
Feel more confident when walking ✅ If you feel unbalanced and hesitant when walking- you may find yourself taking shorter, slower steps. You also may avoid certain areas, especially new or busy areas due to lack of confidence. With just a couple of simple moves you can start to improve your balance and reduce your worries ☝🏽 The goal would be 2-3 sets and every day if possible (every other day will work too) 😇 ⚠️ IMPORTANT: when practicing balance, please use support as needed and have a surface near you just in case.
