polefiend: Someone asked me what kind of stretch exercises I do, so here you go! This is what I typically do before every work out 8-10 times a week (after a proper warm up of course!). There are plenty of other stretches I also do, but these are my most commonly used ones. I am sure if you are curious you can find more on the youtubes… If you have any questions, let me know.
