Ginger dressing Japanese salad Benihana... Tried this tonight and it tastes almost identical to the Benihana dressing. The only thing I might change is to use jarred minced garlic instead of fresh garlic...I used fresh and it made the dressing on the spicier side. Very very yummy :)
