I added a sprinkle of sea salt. Alfredo Sauce Allrecipes.com - I added an extra clove of garlic, 1 cup of milk & thickened with 1 tsp of arrowroot powder. Then added 1lb of crumbled grass-fed ground beef that'd been cooked with another clove of garlic, 1 tsp of kosher salt, & 1 tsp of black pepper, and 8oz of cooked brown rice fusilli pasta.
