Health and Human Services, Amador County This project consolidated several county wide facilities into a single 49,220 s.f. building, which allowed many departments to economically share services. The Public Health, Behavioral Health, Child Protective Services, Eligibility, Fraud and Public Authority departments now occupy this building and share a conference center and a common core.
This building was one of the first buildings completed under the City of Rocklin's Downtown 'form-based' code & was the first building on a previously undeveloped parcel of land slated to become an extension of Rocklin's historic downtown. Modern design & traditional materials were combined to create a building usable for 21st century users, while nodding to the historic traditions of late 19th & early 20th century architecture.
Oakley City Hall, Oakley, California The 25,000 s.f. facility was a multi-phased master planned campus for the governing agencies of the City of Oakley. The design organizes itself around civic space with an importance placed on human scale and approachability. The project includes a 3,000 s.f. Council Chamber, City offices, a public plaza and park adjacent to the complex. The dome creates a symbolical center to this growing city.
The Yolo County Services Center combines multiple social service agencies into a single one-shop facility. This large one-story public building is designed to respond to human scale and a sensitivity to the pedestrian street approach. The project includes office areas, training facilities, a food stamp distribution area, community rooms, interview suites and a special investigations unit

A build-to-suit office facility for GSA-Social Security Administration. The SSA project was delivered as a ""Turn-key"" developer project, demonstrating a partnership between the private and public process. This partnership yielded a new custom facility through private sector competition and construction scheduling. A build-to-suit project, this 81,719 s.f. building consolidated the SBA offices into one highly secure, blast resistant facility. Both the building and the site meets the United States General Services Administration blast & progressive collapse criteria. Features include: Conference Center Full kitchen 7.9 acre site 437 parking spaces High security GSA blast and progressive collapse criteria compliant. PWC designed both the shell and the full tenant improvements.
