Guitars

This is a collection of guitars that I like. Not a wish list, necessarily, but simply an appreciation of good, solid instruments that will not break the bank.

This was my Gordon Smith. Hand made, elegant and beautiful craftsmanship.

Ibanez M310 I bought this guitar when I was 17. I owned it for over a decade and travelled all over the world with it. Finally, in 2001, I sold to an acquaintance in the US. Luckily for me, he never parted with it, and now I have it back again! Jan 2016 it arrived via UPS at my vacation rental in Florida. Oh, the memories.... A classic, flame maple M310. Just check out the other pics.

This is a Vox standard 25. I owned one of these for a time in my youth. It was extremely heavy, but I remember it fondly.

This is my 1999 S&P Cedar 6. It has cherry back and sides, a cedar top and a custom mahogany pick guard. It was owned by a talented musician in the UK by the name of Buz Collins, who sadly took his own life. I keep it both as a tribute to him, as much as it is a fine instrument. #Simon&Patrick #BuzCollins
