Festive July 4th Desserts

For a sweet of July dessert that isn't packed with calories and fat, try this pretty parfait. Fresh blueberries and strawberries layered between low-fat vanilla yogurt add easy festive flair to this red, white, and blue treat.

Gele i flaggets farger: Begynn med jorbærgele, hell i glassene, avkjøl og la stivne i kjøleskapet. Lag så panna cotta (dropp safranen i denne oppskriften) og hell over jordbærgeleen. La stivne i kjøleskapet. Avslutt med blåbærgele. Her er det brukt blåbærsaft med gelatinplater. Hvor mange plater gelatin pr dl væske står på gelatinpakken. Pynt med bær til slutt.
