Ingredients White vinegar (apple cider works too but it takes longer for the smell to go away) Citrus peels: lemon and/or lime and/or orange Optional: essential oils Directions 1. Toss citrus peels in a glass jar. 2. Add a few drops of essential oils if you'd like. Orange lavender would probably be lovely. 3. Add vinegar and seal jar. 3. Let infuse for two weeks. 4.
